How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Rug come in from a barn?

Say so on the form. Barn and paddock soil is abrasive, alkaline and oily at the same time, and it needs a different pre-treatment and a different wash from ordinary house dirt. Knowing before collection means the rug goes straight into the right process rather than being assessed twice.

Rug soaked by storm water or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
